What We Offer

We offer a phased approach designed to methodically uncover, organize, and pursue short-term priorities aimed at long-term purposeful pursuits.

  • 3 Month Package

    The work completed in this package will determine which Phase II option will best advance your next steps.

    • Intake Call (15 minutes)

    • Strategic Situational Assessment & Report - a multi-point assessment designed to identify and prioritize priorities and areas of focus for the next 12 -18 months.

    • 1 - Strategic Situational Review Session (45 minutes) - review assessment results, and key self-diagnostic highlights.

    • 1 - Professional Upgrade Planning Session (90 min) - identify career goals, personal milestones, and actionable steps forward.

    • 2 - 1:1 Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes) - call topics will be personalized to the needs of the client

    • Ongoing Email & Text Communication

  • Designed for clients who are pursuing advancement in their current role, company, and/or taking on a leadership position.

    Month-to-Month Package - Up to 9 Months

    • Up to 2 – 1:1 sessions per month (30 minutes) - call topics vary by needs of the client

    • 1 – Strategic Situational Re-Assessment & Report - timing will vary depending on client progress and needs, but will typically occur at the 9-12 month marker.

    • 1 – Professional Upgrade Plan Update & Review (90 minutes) - timing will be based on new assessment and report.

    • Ongoing Email & Text Communication

  • Designed for clients who will be starting a job search.

    Month-to-Month Package - Typically 3-6 Months

    • Resume Build - may include multiple versions

    • Job Search Strategy - personalized job strategy to strategically apply and track applications

    • 1 - Strategic Job Search Planning & Review Call (60 minutes)

    • Up to 2 – 1:1 sessions per month (45 minutes) - call topics vary by needs of the client

      * ex: Interview Preparation & Role Play
